Overseer Cam Bivens & Family

Cam was born in a small town in southern Illinois. His wife, Celeste, was born in central Michigan. They met while attending Western Kentucky University (WKU) and were married in March of 1985. They have been blessed with six daughters, including one adopted from China and one adopted from Haiti.

At WKU, Cam earned a B.S. in Geology and Biology and Celeste earned a B.A. in advertising. Cam continued his education after WKU, earning an A.S. in Petroleum Engineering at Oklahoma State University.

Celeste's primary occupation is homemaker, but she also operates an interior design consultant company, creating and designing interiors with builders and homeowners. Cam is a National Account Manager with a pharmaceutical company.

Cam and Celeste have served as teachers for pre-K through college and as Missions Coordinators. Cam has also served as a deacon. They were a founding family of a multicultural, nondenominational assembly. In addition, Cam serves on the Board of Directors of Special Kids, Inc., a non-profit Christian ministry serving children with special needs.

In July of 2007 the family was called by the Lord to join His work at Victory Christian Center. They are excited to see where He will take the VCC family!
